The Meissen porcelain manufactory stands for modern opulence and has developed a rich archive of decors from over its 310-year history. This is shown on the presentation plate "Palace Birds", which combines the decoration "Royal Palace" with historical bird painting. "Royal Palace" is a decoration that has its origin at the very beginning of the porcelain manufactory. It is inspired by the floor mosaic of the Albrechtsburg, in which the manufactory was located in the first 150 years of its existence.
