Limited Edition Vase Blue Brocade

The traditional genre of MEISSEN^® arabesque painting finds an unusual juxtaposition in the 2019 Limited Edition: implemented as a border on a modern vase form by Sabine Wachs, the "Vase Blue Brocade" made of MEISSEN^® porcelain is a real eye-catcher. The hand-painted stylized tendril and flower decorations on the work of art were created using the manufactory's own cobalt blue. Applied under the glaze, it sinks deep into the porcelain and thus develops a special intensity on the 29 cm high "Vase Blue Brocade". An expressive contrast to the shiny blue painting is provided by the 23-carat background of pure gold, which lends the hand-painted decoration an almost sacred aura as a matt-glowing surface.
Whether decorated with flowers or solitary - this limited edition work of art is yet certainly an eye-catcher of any interior design.
