The Vide-Poche "Swords" bowl is lined with the famous crossed swords. They shine in precious gold on the fine white porcelain. They have stood for the high quality of Meissen porcelain since 1722. They were taken from the coat of arms of the Electorate of Saxony and have been applied by hand to every piece of Meissen porcelain by swordsmen ever since. As the oldest trademark in Europe, it has undergone various changes, but has always remained recognizable and iconic.
