Single Figurine Falcon

The sculptor Maximilian Hagstotz, who trained under Jörg Danielczyk, was already enthusiastic about traditional arts and crafts during his school years. Therefore, at the age of 16, he began his promising career at the MEISSEN^® manufactory. Whether in pure white or colorfully hand-painted - for Hagstotz, the special charm lies in the hidden - whether a hidden element or an initially idiosyncratic design of his sculpture. It is only through the viewer, who allows the extraordinary craftsmanship to take effect on him and explores the sculpture in its perfect splendor, that the full beauty and deeper meaning of the figure emerges.

Thus, the imposing animal of the figure "Falcon, white" does not land on a tree trunk, as one would expect in such a naturalistic sculpture, but on the hand of his falconer, equipped with typical utensils. Careful not to injure him with his sharp claws, he lands shallowly on the figure's bare fingers. The filigree white testifies to the superior craftsmanship.
