description
This work of art made of Meissen porcelain is an absolute eye-catcher in any already extravagant interior design. The design of the "Vase Hunting Painting" is by Johann Joachim Kaendler. This limited edition work of art is hand-painted by the talented Höroldt student Johann Georg Heintze, with artistic hunting motifs based on the copperplate engravings of Johann Elias Ridinger, who was famous for his characteristic snapshots. The hand-painted vase depicts the par force hunt, the chase with hounds and horses, which was very popular among the nobility in the 18th century. The model for this new edition was one of 9 lidded vases from 1739. A must for lovers of extravagant interior design. Limited to 10 pieces.
