Limited Edition Wall Plate, Grasses & Dragonflies

The filigree, almost transparent dragonfly of the wall decoration is an outstanding example of the intricacies of this elaborate painting technique. The leaves of the artwork are laid out as loose surfaces, creating an interplay of painting gestures and the finest lines. With a steady hand, porcelain painter Annett Waldeck created her nature motifs in various layers of white porcelain paint on a black-glazed background.
