The "Snowball Blossoms" are still one of the outstanding decorations of the Meissen manufactory. 1739 at the behest of King August III. Created for his wife Maria Josepha, the porcelain blossoms find a new, elegant expression almost 300 years later: interpreted as jewels with gold and brilliants, they tell the royal love story anew.
