Antique Japanese screens and murals are the inspiration for Otto Drögsler's majestic crane artwork, limited edition. Created in several stages, the decoration places the highest demands on porcelain painting: after a detailed pen and ink drawing, hand-painted in a sepia tone, the black tail feathers and gray shading in the wings are hand-painted. The first decorative firing is followed by the delicate gold and platinum painting of the wall decoration, which is given its radiance in a further firing. The resulting work of art is a breathtaking wall decoration. Limited to 50 pieces.
