MEISSEN® Cosmopolitan Giant Bloom Gourmet Plate Gold Rim, Hibiscus

The wide plate rim of the popular "MEISSEN^® Cosmopolitan" shape represents a perfect stage for the expansive painting, this porcelain shape was deliberately chosen for the presentation of the "Giant Bloom" collection. This is also the case with the creation of the "Hibiskus" gourmet plate with gold rim, which is characterized by its bright, strong flower colour and are very noble due to the gold rim. MEISSEN designer Lena Hensel developed the "Giant Bloom" service, which is decorated with various types of flowers, in collaboration with the porcelain painters of the Meissen manufactory over a period of around 12 months. The Giant Bloom décors from the art department served as a model for the collection, such as the "Hibiskus" gourmet plate with gold rim.
