    In 1912, dancers from the Russian Ballet Ensemble enchanted the audience to Robert Schumann's piano cycle "Carnival". Inspired by this, Paul Scheurich created an exclusive, hand-painted work of art in 1913 that is second to none. He depicts the figure of Eusebius with dynamic devotion. The sculpture gracefully removes his top hat and mask to affirm pure feeling with his hand directed towards his heart.
