The mural "Grey Heron" is part of a monumental painting consisting of over 72 individual segments, which was first presented at Ambiente Frankfurt am Main in 2018. Today, you can see it in full glory in the foyer of MEISSEN®. Hand-painted by 15 porcelain painters, the artwork shows dynamic flight acrobatics of birds from all continents.
This mural shows the majestic gray heron gliding over two individual segments. The painting includes a variety of different painting techniques that are masterfully used. For instance, the stippled cloud background makes the bird painting of the artwork, which is richly detailed and fixed in several decorative fires, shine fabulously. It is hand painted and customizable according to customer's wishes.
