Created in 1739 at the behest of King Augustus III. for his wife, Maria Josepha of Austria, the porcelain blossoms have been reinterpreted now, 300 years later, as exquisite jewellery. Every one of the Snowball Blossoms is shaped by hand with, in the blue tanzanite variant, a gleaming blue tanzanite as the pistil in the centre of each blossom, surrounded by five diamonds, all set in rose gold.
