A design by Otto Eduard Voigt (1870-1949) makes the "Blue Catfish" wall bowl, limited edition, a great wall decoration. At the center of the artwork is the catfish, hand-painted in cobalt blue on the still porous porcelain. Deep blue like the water in the sky, the precious porcelain absorbs the blue painting in this work of art and allows it to shine in all its luminosity and intensity after the glaze firing.
