The special feature of the MEISSEN cookbook: the selected recipes are all family recipes from people who work at the manufactory. From miners to porcelain painters, from catering staff to store managers: employees from all areas have submitted their recipes, some of which have been passed down from generation to generation for decades - just like the craftsmanship of porcelain production and painting itself.
As diverse and varied as the people who work at the manufactory are the recipes themselves. From delicious salads to tasty soups and exquisite main dishes to sweet desserts and cakes, everything is represented.
